1/28/23-Tough loss for NUSE Squirt C against Dodge County Blue today 9-2, but they are in Fairmont on Sunday for a District Game. 

1/21/23 NUSE has three wins in Albert Lea Tournament and is headed to the Championship Game on Sunday - 11:15 AM Against West St Paul

Game 1

In Game 1 NUSE took on White Bear Lake and won 5-3. 

#77 Eli Decker had a hat trick of 3 goals for the game. Alex Leske scored in the second period along with Elijah Lovig in the 3rd period.  Goalie Jace Sandmann had a total of 26 shots taken on goal. 

Game 2

In Game 2, NUSE took on Minneapolis Grey and won 5-2. 

Jace Sandmann once again defended the goal against 29 shots on goal for the game. 

In the first period, Elijah Lovig, Jack Peterson with an asst from Lincoln Reinarts, Grady McMonagle, and Rylan Hillesheim with an assist from Eli Decker all had goals. In the second period Jackson Warmka scored with an assist by Grady McMonagle. 

Game 3

In the third game, NUSE sealed their trip to the Championship game by winning 9-1 against AppleValley Burnsville. 

NUSE had a whopping 38 shots on goal and Jace Sandmann defended 15 shots. 

In the first period we had goals made nay Lincoln Reinarts (2) with one assist by Jack Peterson, and a goal by Jack Peterson with an assist by Lincoln Reinarts. In the Second period, 2 more goals by Jack Peterson giving him his hat trick with an assist by Lincoln Reinarts, and goals by Eli Decker and Grady McMonagle. Closing the game in the third period we saw goals by Jackson Warmka, with an assist by Elijah Lovig and a goal by Alek Leske with an assist by Eli Decker. It was a great game and the boys really worked together to pull off the win! 

Now onto the Championship against our rival West St. Paul!

NUSE Squirt C Wins with a Shut out against Albert Lee 9-0

NUSE Squirt C continues their winning streak for the weekend against a fast paced Albert Lee team! Jace Sandmann had a shut out game as goalie! We had many moves from defense that kept us moving back to offense with shots on goal against Albert Lee at 22!

We had scored from #15 Eli Lovig, #16 Alex Leske, and #20 Jackson Warmka, with assists from #15 Lovig and #77 Eli Decker. 

NUSE will be at their home NUSE tournament next weekend!

NUSE Squirt C falls to the Lakes in a tough game 8-5

NUSE Squirt C had an away game at the Lakes Ice Arena. The Squirts had a total of 13 shots on goal vs the Lakes 16 shots on goal. In the first period #15-Lovig started the scoring for NUSE. Followed by #77-Decker and #20-Warmka in the second period. In the 3rd period we had 2 additional goals scored by #15 Lovig and #77-Decker. There was many defense plays made by our Defense team members and Jace Sandmann protected our goal against a tough competitor. We will be away next weekend at Fairmont and then a home game versus Albert Lee.

NUSE Squirt C ties third game of the season 4-4 against Mankato Gray Squirt C at home

It was a great game at the New Ulm Civic Center. Tomorrow the boys head to Spirit Lake!
