NUSE Hockey is committed to the safety of players. Safe Sport principles are adhered to in our processes. 

If you feel that a NUSE athlete has been a victim of ongoing bullying, hazing, any instance of sexual misconduct, or other abuse please complete this Incident Report Form to begin the Safe Sport reporting process.

Safe Sport is not intended to be used to investigate minor disagreements, minor behavioral incidents, verbal misconduct, etc. These types of incidents should be handled at the local level by reporting to the team Coach, Assistant Coach, or a Board Member.
